Every support request is assigned a unique number that you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to send a request (ticket).

  • Clients of www.onevirtualoffice.com  It's the user obligation to periodically check your email which you registered as a user of the system and any changes shall be updated in the user profile.
  • Monitoring the status of  "tickets" made through www.onevirtualoffice.com is the responsibility of the user.
